I had an abortion 3 weeks ago i was 12 weeka pregnant and gave birth to the baby. I had bleeding for a week and then it stopped but some days I bleed and then stops but I've started with really bad abdominal pains and it's affectin my lower back. Please can somebody help me and explain what it could be that's up with me
