I am having intense self-esteem issues, due to science. I am not insecure, necesserily, about my appearance. But what scares me is that science and scales tell me i'm dangerously overweight, and I'm scared others can see how much I weigh.

I am nearly 6 ft tall, and am 15 years old.

If you have ever seen the Lifehouse Everything Skit (an inspirational Christian skit), I feel like this girl constantly. I played the model when my youth drama team preformed the skit, but I felt too fat, medically, to play this role.

Please comment kindly, but critically.

Would it be more helpful for me to leave my weight as well? Or should I let the pictures speak for themselves?

Well to you do not look fat at all. You are in you puberty and your body will have some changes. This should not even bother you. You don't have to put you weight on, because that might be sometimes irrelevant, you might have bigger bones. You look just fine.

Hope that I made you have some more self-esteem? :-)

All the best...

Truthfully, you do not look fat at all and you especially do not look overweight. There are some exceptions when you are comparing yourself (your weight) to the norm. It may be due to more muscle weight (muscle weights more than fat) or bone density. As long as you feel healthy and eat healthy, then you should be ok. :-)
