Okay so umm hi? I'm a thirteen year old girl and i completely hate the way that I look and weigh. I weigh 6 st 13 and almost none of that is muscle. My stomach is really fat and i just feel really ugly. I go to the gym when I can but I don't really ge more toned. I am seeing a counsellor at the moment because of my incredibly low self esteem and my anxiety but it doesn't really help, she try's to tell me I am not fat but whenever I look in the mirror I see a whale. To summarise it I hate the way i look. I have been trying to stop eating certain meals but I am failing! I don't know what's wrong with me I can't lose weight!

Hey well first off how tall are you?
Cutting out meals doesn't necessarily mean your loose weight some times it can have the opposite affect strangle enough.
What you see when your look at yourself is probably totally different to what everyone else sees.

There's a weight and height chart used in doctors clinics that will show what weight you should be. At 13, you're bones are still growing, so you have to eat right. You need enough protein and calcium to continue growing taller. I'm glad you are going to the gym. You could also change your routine at home so don't think of food. And it's okay to "fail" once in a while. I think you should focus more on being healthy, than just being skinny, just like an athlete.
