I think might be allergic to chocolate as whenever i eat galaxy i get loose stool but whenever i eat green and black i don't.

Chocolate allergies are very rare. Do you have any loose stool after eating other products which contain chocolate? Some candy or chocolate filled cookies?
Do you have any other symptoms like : vomiting, cramps, pain in abdomen, sneezing, skin itching, or something similar? Or do you have accelerated heart pace? If it's not a case, maybe there is something different.
For all types of allergies you need to do allergy test at clinic, so don't hesitate too much, check that out.
If you actually are having an allergy, don't worry. It's very easy to treat and it's painless. You only need to stick with the treatment. Keep us posted what doctor said related to your condition.
