Everybody develops a little differently. Since you're well into puberty, it shouldn't be long before you notice your testicles getting bigger. 6" is pretty good too, and yes it will probably grow a bit more.
When will you begin to shower? We started in middle school, grade 6 and up. Not a lot of guys did this at first but by 8th grade most of the developed guys would. In high school, all the time. As for erections, they happen. Best thing to get rid of it is to think of something else. One way to look at it is, if anyone notices your erection, then they would have had to be checking you out. I don't think many guys would admit to that.
Masturbation causes erections but I don't think it causes more erections. If anything, by masturbating you'll help relieve any sexual urges and learn how to control yourself. As you get older they won't happen as often and this would be normal.

(You could call it "100' hair" because you could see it from 100 feet away on most guys by their 14th birthday. Just be careful where you are showing it.)
