Alright, so there's this hard bump on the inner side of my left wrist on the bone, and it's painful. It used to be hard, but now I can feel liquids being sloshed around in it if I move my finger over it (similar to a blister, but deeper). I've had it for a few months now, and the swelling seems to go up when I'm doing something that involves strenuous wrist activity (not often, considering I have Carpal Tunnel), and down when I'm not. It also keeps, slowly, getting bigger... I don't know what's going on with it.

Hello, my friend had similar problem. There was a bump in his wrist and eventually he had to have a small surgery because it turned out that one of his tendons was being blocked and that caused a lump. So my suggestion to you is that you go to doctor and schedule an ultra sound test so you can see what is that thing inside your wrist. That way you can be sure whats going on. Maybe even you wont need any surgery to break that lump. Maybe you will just need to take some medications. Nevertheless, schedule a doctor appointment and see what he says.
