The feelings you are having are just the hormones in you're body that seems to be on over drive. Mostly, it is the guys that are ussuly turned on and have a high sex drive but it is also common for girls as well. Nothing is wrong with you; everyone's body and emotions are different and the way we handle it. You should do whatever makes you feel comfortable, if you feel like you need to slow down then slow down. As long as your happy that's all that matters.

No you're not abnormal it is natural for you to feel as such. You're a teen and this is the time in which your hormones are all over the place, they are just developing and it is OK for you to feel turned on and wanting to express your sexual needs don't try to deprive yourself though as long as it is safe and you're happy then continue and enjoy.
