So im 13 and im about 170 pounds. I would like advice on how to lose weight on mainly my thighs,stomach, and back.
I play soccer and box lacrosse , and it pretty much takes up my whole week,how do i fit in some easy tips to lose this weight!
All the guys refer to me as a really good friend,(the one to hook them up with my bestfriend type) not the attractive one,how do i switch this so im the one whos you know getting asked out?
They refer to me as a tank because im well strong haha im like 5'6 ish, how do i get rid of this nickname!?!
And finally does 13 years old,170 pounds, and 5 foot 6 tall mean im overweight?

I have tried many things in my 40 years to help me lose a few pounds. It gets frustrating after a while when you aren’t seeing any results. I believe that drinking water only and doing about 45 minutes of cardio helps out a ton. I do that like 3 times a week and I joined a program called newtopia that i’m seeing great results from.
