Ok im 14 and i got that to and then a little bit later it changes to the other side and then ur balls will get bigger and grow pubic hair and pithair will come later and so will facial hair..

hello if this is a female i would say yes almost all women will experience uneven breast growth.
some women eventually even out some will have a slight difference in size for life.
this is very commen and not a thing to worry about,unless the ball is hard i see no reason for a trip to the doctor.
if it is you might need to buck up and ask mom for a doctor trip and i know that will be embaressing but look at the options if something is wrong.
then again your mom will be a good indicator of what your body should develope like and she might remember exactly what you are talking about.
