Sounds like a seizure to me...
(or possibly gagging due to a realization of what behavior she had engaged in.)
I would urge you to get her to a doctor for an evaluation.
Frankly, I don't think it had anything to do with the anal. It's probably something else, possibly something that she's been aware of, and doesn't want to admit to or confirm.
I think it's imparitive that she get checked out on what it was, and if it's likely to happen again. This could be critical to her well-being, so don't spare the details when the doc or medical person ask what was going on at the time. They NEED to know what what happening with her mind and body when the incident occurred...and just what she did, acted, said, appeared, when this happened... including gagging, vomiting, eyes, falling, sounds, everything...anything could be a clue to what happened. .... and what could happen again.
If you care for her, you'll get her to a medical facility for a check up.
