Hi, I have to say that I am very worried for my kid. He is 16 years old and he has just started practicing basketball, his 6th sport in the last two years. Anyway, I have noticed some changes in his behavior. He is not that energetic as he used to be and it looks like there are even signs of some mild depression. Is there any connection between mineral deficiencies and depression?
