Hi! Antioxidants are plentiful in plant foods, particularly those that have bright colors. I found that the richest in antioxidant are small red beans (dried), they are followed by wild blueberries, red kidney beans (dried), pinto beans, blueberries, cranberries, artichoke hearts (cooked), blackberries, dried prunes, raspberries, strawberries, red delicious apple, granny smith apple, pecans, sweet cherries, black plum, russet potato (cooked), black beans, plum, gala apple. Spices like cinnamon, oregano and ground cloves are also quite rich in antioxidant. Green tea, black tea, oolong tea are rich in polyphenols, which are a type of antioxidant. Herbal teas may also contain antioxidants but less is known about them. I hope this will help.
