Hi, I have been working out for a couple of weeks. The program I apply was "given" to me by my friend. I do not go to the gym but train at home. My regular equipments are dumb bells and a barbell. The same friend suggested me to use kettle bell. Do you know anyone who used kettle bell train?

Hi, first of all, I must say that most of my friends that workout are not even aware that a thing like kettle bell even exists! I am sure that this is the case with a lot of other people. I have been using kettle bell train for some time now. They are like bowling balls with a handle. Kettle bells are, for me, better way to build up muscles. But this not the only thing you achieve by using them. Since their weight is not balanced you also develop stamina and a strong grip. You can use them to do every exercise that you do with dumb bells. As I already said, training with kettle bells has brought me nothing but good.
