Hi, Christina.

The blisters may be related to your previous vasculitis or could be due to another condition.

For now, you can try the following self-care measures to help manage the symptoms:

  1. Keep the affected area clean and dry: This can help prevent infection and reduce the risk of further irritation.

  2. Apply a cool compress: Applying a cool, damp cloth to the affected area can help soothe the skin and reduce inflammation.

  3. Wear loose-fitting clothing: Wearing loose-fitting clothing can help prevent friction and further irritation.

  4. Avoid hot and humid environments: Hot and humid environments can exacerbate the symptoms, so try to avoid these conditions as much as possible.

  5. Elevate your feet: Elevating your feet can help reduce swelling and improve circulation.

As for lotions or medicines, there are various topical creams and ointments that may help relieve the symptoms of blistering, such as hydrocortisone cream, but it's important to consult with your doctor before using any medication. He or she may recommend a specific treatment plan based on the underlying cause of your symptoms.

Can you tell me about your condition now if you are still watching this thread?
