1. Over the past 2 years I have noticed a small square of very fine bumps on my upper right arm. At first I thought it was shingles, but perhaps it's something else.

2. Also, over a 10 year span, the right hand side of my body becomes heavy as thought I almost need to drag it. The right side is a slight bluish colour (arm and leg), and often bruises are seen on the lower right leg. At times the arm or leg goes numb and I wake up at night and have to rub to bring back circulation. Also at times get pins and needles in either leg or arm.

Can you explain reasons for the above 2 queries?
