My husband has just started taking Aricept. It’s been three weeks now and we haven’t seen any results yet. We live alone but I am thinking about hiring someone to help me when the disease sets in full time. We have a problem now. My husband can’t remember if he took his dose last night and I didn’t check because I fell asleep before him due to the migraine. Should I just give him too this evening or should I give him one now (it is 9am)?

I don’t know if I come too late with the response but you should know that you should never double dosage. If you are not sure if he took a drug or not, you may give him one in the morning (ie as soon as you/he remember) or just skip that one and take normal dosage the next evening.
