hi my brother has fever two months ago at evening the doctor injected him and he looked good he ate dinner with family watched tv and ate fruits at around 11pm he came to my room at around 12 pm and gave me water but just after few minutes my cousin came to me that my brother is not good and we should take him to hospital i was really shocked when i saw my younger brother he was staring at everyone and couldnot talk like someone is frightening. we took him to govt. hospital but we couldnt find any doctor at rawalpindi hospital to watch him. in this critical situstion we moved him to private hospital but couldnt find child doctor. then we moved him to another hospital there he was admitted and treated first with toxic he get sleep at 1.30 am and woke up at 4.30am but his condition was same then they injected again with some dose i dont know what it was but after dose he get to sleep and wake up at 6 and he was feeling good talking with us and walking on his own he was discharge from there and they said it happened due to infection of throat and high fever. we took him home and he had lunch took medicine and sleep. for two to three days he was seeing good except that he was falling one to three time while he was peeing. we thought it is weakness due to fever so we give him drip of energy at clinic. but he was falling same way. then we took him to hospital and they prescribe weakness tablet to him but no improvement the other thing happened that he was talking slowly . after two week we took him to other city. there a doctor give him weakness medicines but indtead of improvement he went worse hr was falling 5 to 15 times a day with difficulty in conversation , peeing in clothes sometime ,difference in eyes when he was not feeling too good and loss of weight . but he was eating normally and eat good quantity of food. after 2 to 3 week of medicine he instead of improving he was getting worse.then we took him to famous neurophysician of peshawar city. he admited him in hospital for 4 days. in these 4 days they did all blood tests mri of spine with contrast mri of brain with cobtrast , eeg , ncs/ emg. but all reports were normal. they said he was suffered from post encephalitis sequele but was not given injection within 72 hours that why he is suffering all this disorders. he give 3 type of tablets that he should take for three months after 1 and half month of treatment there is some improvements but still these things happening some times water coming out of mouth peeing un intentionaly sometimes in clothes specially at night he was in fourth grade before this but now he cannot remember english all alphabets he think too much for answering of simple questions specialy talking on phone his memory is not fully effected but effected somehow if he demands for anything he will always repeat it again and again even in his sleeping he repeat his demand good things of him he can walk normaly he can run he can ride bicycle he can go up to second floor via stairs on his own he can play cricket for half hour with batting and bowling and no falling he can recognise nearest realatives he can recognise different places he can try to play computer games but not good as he was before so if there is anyone here to tell me that whether my brother 11 y old can cure again and live normal life and how much time it would take to cure and what should i do to make him cure soon pls give me your advice
