I would like to know how are aromatherapy and relaxation connected. Couple of weeks ago I went to a friends party. When almost everyone was gone, only three of us left, my friend arranged us aromatherapy and it was great. The sensation of relaxation was something I would like to feel many times more, so I would appreciate any kind of info regarding this subject.
