I could really use some help with my kids. They are 3 and 5 years old and strangely, they both had bed wetting problems. I need to know at what age nocturnal enuresis treatment should start. I know that to some point, bed wetting is, well common if not normal, but still it is bothering them. What should I do?

Well, I did nothing and it passed on its own. Still, that might not happen and in that case, you could use some help. Some people are using alarm, device that is triggered with the first sign of wetting. Perhaps you can also learn them to go to bathroom right before sleeping. And there are some more aggressive methods, like making them hold urine as long as they can during the day and thus enlargening the bladder. As for the age, enuresis is considered common up to age of six.
