Flaccid size means nothing what is your erect size because that's what counts.

Mine is 5.6 erect and idk flaccid and i'm 13. Is that normal?

Probably a late developer regarding your erect penis size at being 3.1", however, you may have what they call a "micropenis", if you are concerned, go to your doctors for advice, I understand that no male wants to have a micropenis, I hope your penis grows soon.

At 3.1 inches that would not be covered as a micropenis, the size range for age 13 is 3.4 to 5.4 so you are within that range, it also depends what age you started puberty and how you develope through puberty as every boy advances differently.

Well this is embarrassing... I'm 14 and have a 1.9 flaccid and 2.6 erect :/

Wow, it's a change boys here 'boasting' on how SMALL their penises are, usually its the guys with an above average large penis that are doing all the boasting, I just hope you all get to at least average size by the time you are 16 or at the latest 20

Interesting seeing those two above posts, just shows you the difference between two boys of the same age. The first boy says his penis is 5 inches erect and 2-3 inches flaccid, perhaps a little above average for his erect penis but average flaccid, the second boy is I would say a little above average flaccid at 4 inches but it only goes up an inch when erect.
I did read somewhere that on AVERAGE a man's penis at erect is 1 1/2" (one and a half inches) larger than when flaccid, but of course, there are many variations on that from male to male.

To measure length correctly you should measure from the tip of your penis head not the tip of the foreskin if you have one to the pubic bone along the top edge of your penis as you look down on it with a tape measure or ruler, to measure girth measure around the mid point along the shaft to get the correct measurement not around the base!
