having a 9.5 inch penis at that age is exceptional, probably mearsuring it the wrong way or just telling a lie, people on SteadyHealth are for the most part honest about telling others about the size of their penis, but there are a few who do not tell the truth, that guy who says his penis is that length is one of them

Nice one, at 13 having a penis size 5 inches is great, it will get to about 6 inches by the time you are 15 and who knows maybe larger than that by the time you reach full adult age at 18

If you find that your penis varies in size when your erect then it's probably a case of your not measuring it correctly.
The right way to measure when flacid or erect is from the pubic bone to the tip of the glands not the end of the foreskin along the top of the penis.

Im 13 and a half and have 5inches and 1.75 or close to that in girth. Flaccid I'm 2-3 inches haven't measured yet. Am I normal?
