Interesting what you say about your penis 'already grown 2 inches', from what age did it grow 2 inches? perhaps from age 11!!, it should get larger by the time you are 16, 3.5" hard is on the small side for a 14-year-old, however, hopefully by the time you're 16 if it keeps growing as you say, then by that age, it will be the average of 5.5" erect

If it grew an inch from the time you were 11 to age 13, that means at age 11 it was 3 inches, when you were 12 it would be 3 and a half inches, when you were 13 it would be 4 inches, 4 1/2 at 14, so if my maths are correct then by the time you are 15, yes, it should be 5 inches.
