Yours is 4.5" erect and 2.5" flaccid, well for a 13-year-old school boy that is fine, I am sure it will get larger to about 5.5" erect and 3.5" flaccid before you leave school, you have a great penis, don't worry about the size, it will get larger by the time you are 17

not really sure what the size of my penis was at those varying ages, but you guys out there should measure your penis, say every 6 months starting at 12 and yes, from 13 at 4 inches to 6 and a half inches at 15 is pretty good, if your lucky it might get to 7" by the time it's fully grown by your 17th birthday.
