Hi I'm 13 and I weigh 115 but I'm active. I play basketball, volleyball, and I do track. I go to the gym with my parents and I know I have muscle but I still feel big. How do I loose weight and stay motivated to keep on with it?

You are not fat at all you are more skinny if anything. People have different body shapes so you may look bigger than you actually are but you are not fat at all. In fact you are under weight and that is not healthy, try to gain more weight to at least 80 pounds.

I'm going to tell you that your weight is perfect. you are beautiful no matter what and your weight is not going to define you. it seems pretty average to me maybe even a little smaller. I'm also 13 and I'm on the chubby side and I am a size 7 in jeans. you are doing perfect. keep doing you.

Wow! I'm 13, 5'3", weight 126-128 lbs, excercise 30 min a day, never eat junk food (except dinner rolls, do they count as junk food), and I'm vegetarianXD I guess if you want to eat healthier eat wheat bread instead of white, whole grain foods, more fruits and vegetables, (you can still eat meat but avoid red meat since it is very unhealthy replace it with something like salmon or tuna), and Eat less sweets:)

Hey! I'm 13 and a half. I'm 5'3-5'4 and weigh about 105-110 pounds. I'm also size 32c-34b. I'm in a super athletic family. I play soccer constantly and I'm midfield/offense position, I figure skate, I'm also a sprinter in Junior Varsity, so I race with kids older than me, and am short compared to them, but normally beat them. I've been doing track and field since I was 7. I swim too. I wear a size 2 in jeans, and size 00-0 for skirts. I wear size xs-s bottoms. My clothing sizes given are for Abercrombie and Fitch. I have a six pack, and a large bosom. I'm pear/hourglass shaped. Wondering if I was too fat or thin, but since I'm so active I always eat healthy, and hardly ever watch the telly, so I'm just wondering if anyone would call me a specific healthiness/unhealthiness.

You are not fat, if anything you are underweight, but seriously, muscle weighs much more that fat does, and since you play a sport than i'm guessing you are about average, i'm 13 too, and i'm 5'3, but I weigh 125.5 pounds
