I looked up the average weight for a 13 year old girl and it said that the average 18 year old girl should weigh 82 to 137 pounds, so I think you may be below weight

I am a 13 year old girl who is almost 5'6" and I weigh 154, my BMI is 25. My doctor went to feel around some of the most common places for fat but he found all muscle. Even though I weigh this much in muscle should I be worried? Everyone is starting diets around my age and I feel fat.

Hey I'm 13 and a competitive dancer (I travel with my team and am at the studio 4-5 hours a night) i'm around 5'4 but i am currently 150 pounds. I don't think it's healthy but i'm happy with the way i look. Is this a healthy weight?

I am 160 pounds and I am about 5'2, I do have some muscle but I am not really that muscluar. I play football ever Tuesday and Saturday and do 3 hours of P.E a week. But I feel like I am really over weight. What can I do?

Totally agree, I had issues with thinking that is was far and chubby but I don't care anymore because I know that I'm beautiful just like all of you guys, I'm 5'5 and 13 going on 14 and I weigh 150 which is in my weight range I just am an athletic build

No 81 pounds is very skinny you need to build your muscle (which weighs more than fat) to become heavier and healthier but tbh 5ft 1in is tiny because I'm 5ft 4in and weigh 106poumds

No you are the perfect weight. I'm 106 pounds and I would say I have an athletic build because I'd do football (soccer) 4 times a week and then to gym tyne other 3 days
