My husband taught me a great deal of ayurveda philosophy. I have accepted a lot of it. At first it was simply interesting for me to listen him talk. Then I realized that his story had a point. Now I am trying to improve my emotional, mental and physical well-being with ayurveda. I want to know more bout ayurveda special food. It is my weak point.

Ayurveda pays a lot of attention on food. The advantages have type of food which brings the most health benefits and it is easy to digest. Foods are classified in three categories, according to their influence on heart, mind and spirit. Some of those foods are cooked fruit, lass (drink made by blending fresh yogurt and water), chutneys, whole grains, bread with unrefined flour etc.
