Hey there.
At 13 years old, your body is still growing and developing, it's such a key time in your life for the right nutrition and these diets you've been testing out are developed for fully grown adults. Ok, lecture over. :-p
If you feel genuinely lost in the world of weight loss, then you should go to your GP/Doctor and talk to them about it, they should be able to refer you to a Nutritionist/Dietitian. This is someone with the right education in which to tailor a realistic long-term diet and lifestyle to suit you, that is - eating habits and a regime that you can stick to, that will aid weight loss, and promote good health. These people are trained to learn about and assess you on a personal level and give you individual advice to suit you, they know that what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for another, which is why no one on this forum can give you suitable detailed advice, including myself... As know one here knows enough about you to offer the right advice.
Please be wary of a lot of information available via the internet, there are too many articles full of misinformation and diet fads. Trust your GP and specialized doctor for more detailed advice.
Good luck.

As Ingrid stated above, you are only 13 years old; assuming you havn't started puberty yet or just starting puberty, just so you know once you are hitting puberty, your body wil burn through fat like its nothing else. Now the thing you should do is to keep up ur sports, and to have a healthy diet.
You cannot be sure what shape your body will be in as the age 13-18 will be really unstable. Also, 110 kg isn't that much as your body might be storing up energy for your growth spurt :) Or that might be simply be your muscle/bone mass. What you need to do now is to have enough sleep (!), drink lots of water and to have a healthy diet.
And maybe its just me, but I don't really go for doing those vigourous workouts you mentioned; first of all as Ingrid said they might not work and second of all their target crowd are people in the 20s or up; thus the effect on a 13 year old teen might not be the same. Also doing those vigourous workouts will increase the chance of you hurting yourself (spraining etc) its.. not fun, stick with your sports, they'll do :)
Eat regularly on a schedule is also a contributing factor on ones weight; also eat slowly, that way you will not take in more food than your body needs. Again, you are only 13; your body is going through a major change now/soon, you are going to be fine :)

Hi!
What is your definition of "healthy foods"? I would recommend lots of fruits and veggies, no pizza, burgers, fried foods, white bread, or anything else made with white flour (cookies, cakes, pies, pasta, etc.). No sugar (includes sodas etc.). You can add in some whole grains (brown rice, whole-grain bread, w-g pasta, etc. No fast food or take-out. Eat plenty of protein (meat, eggs, fish, yogurt, etc.). If this is the same as your definition then I agree with what the others said.

I don't know if it's applicable for a younger age from you. But better check the weight loss supplement Slender Factor. I've taking this before, and turns a good result on me. It's effective for fat burning and controlling appetite. During and after taking this supplement, there's no side effects occurred particularly on my digestion. Might you try to research for this product.
