I think that the B12 shots help your husband but I don't think that's going to help everyone. I think that it's dependent on the issue although I know that having a good balanced diet can definitely be tied to good health. Do you think that your friend has other issues like that, Carol? Have you been taking any vitamin B12 as well and noticed a difference?
