bad cramps no period brown discharge

If you're just 14, your period has not regulated yet. you will have your period at all different times until you turn about 16. then it will regulate. as for the brown discharge, alot of women have that. Mainly toward the end of their period. Nothing to worry about. The cramps sound like just normal menstrual cramps to me. If they persist, ask your mother ot take you to the doctor.

I have horrible menstrual cramps and my doctor told me to lay in the floor on my back and prop my feet pu in a chair. It helps so much. Sometimes I even fall asleep from the relief. hehe :]

help!i am 11 years old

sorry about first 1 didnt finish! help i am 11 years old and 7 days ago i had a really dark brown discharge for 1 day.as the days went by it turned to light brown to white with a yellow tent.i was experiencing really bad cramps for 6 days.i still have them but there not as bad today.whenever i whipe(sorry if this is tmi)nothing shows up.when i experienced the dark brown discharge i put on a pantyliner and it was light brown.this dark brown or light brown hasnt happened since.i havnt told my mom cause im not sure if its my period or not.should i tell my mom?someone comment to this please!

pss:brown discharge was slightley scented but you could only tell if you tried.

You can get brown discharge when you ovulate or I would get it about 3 days before a period started. I would say to talk to your mother because there is often family similarities. If she isn't sure, talk to your pediatrician. you don't need to go to a special doctor (gynecologist) for this. She can just talk to you and know what is going on. No worries.

Ok so I had brown discharge for 1 day, then the next day it was just white. Can you tell me what's going on?
