Hello, I need some help with my kids. They are 4 and 5 years old and incredibly energetic. This means they are able to run around the entire day and to continue that deeply into the night, if allowed. So, I am afraid that they might dehydrate easily because of that so I need to know what is the best way for preventing dehydration in children.

I don’t think you have to worry that much. Dehydration does not come that easily, the circumstances have to be very serious in order for that to happen. I guess that they are drinking enough fluids in a day. If that is the case, then you don’t have anything to worry about. Just be sure that they take some minerals and vitamins from time to time.
