I have pain in my stomach. To be precise it is biliary-type pain. It affects my quality of life too much. At first I thought it was because of gall bladder stones. But after an exam by ultrasound doctor told me that I don't have them. He is suspecting on biliary dyskinesia. Can you clear me up what is biliary dyskinesia because doctor was not so clear?

Of course, I know how doctors sometimes complicate their explanations with medical terms. It is motility disorder which affects gall bladder and sphincter of Oddi. If your problem has something to do with gall bladder then it is called gallbladder dyskinesia. You can check this by performing gallbladder ejection fraction. If the value is under the 40% then you have abnormal gallbladder, and you need to do cholecystectomy.
