I just read your post and I'm desperate to find out if you've resolved your issue? My son has VERY similar symptoms and he can narrow it down to the exact time it began. He was working a construction job & was hit in the head with a heavy piece of equipment. I know that doesn't sound like something that might help you but sometimes we've encountered a head injury & don't think it was significant enough to effect us. The brain is such a sensitive & complicated organ that even a minor hit at the right (or wrong, really) spot may cause serious damage. I think you should look further into your MRI results because since there is no sign of infection in your bladder it's probably neurological. Yes that means it's all in your head but not in the hypochondriac way. It's very real & very miserable. I have Fibromyalgia & I recently heard a quote "A chronic illness doesn't kill you but it certainly takes your life away."
Good luck sweetie, & thank you for your entry. I'm going to take my son to a new neurologist. Believe me, your experience with that rude neurologist isn't uncommon at all. They have a "God complex" & can be extremely condescending.
