Is it normal to have bright red blood and clots 3 days after cytoscope and stint?

You should contact your urologist if you have any of these symptoms: fever, chills, foul-smelling urine, bright red blood and blood clots in your urine, and severe abdominal pain.  You need to call your physician immediately about your situation.  Blood clots can obstruct your ureter and/or urethra, causing urine to be trapped.  This could lead to kidney damage.  If you are bleeding a lot, you should go to the ER right away.  Bleeding is not normal after having a cytoscope and stent placed.  Are you urinating a good amount?  This is important after the procedure as well.  I hope your situation improves.
