Hi. Can anybody help? Had Mirena iud for two years. Had removed because of constant bleeding and pain. Since removal had 5 normal periods. Had sex yesterday and had a slight bleed 2 hours later, now gone into heavy bleeding with period like cramps although mainly in my groin area not actually my stomach. My period is not due for another 10 days. Is this my body still adjusting to the hormones getting back to normal or could I be perimenopausal. I am 48 years old. Sex has been slightly painful on the initial outset. Feel drier than normal. Have had slight bleeding after sex in the past but not like this. Had two internal scans that showed no cysts or mass. Am i worrying over nothing.
