I got my Mirena removed 12 hours after having unprotected sex. Can I be pregnant? And I got bleeding for less than two days after the removal and nothing else. Its been about one day less than two weeks of having the IUD taken out. I had unprotected sex about 4 days after the removal also. I have been urinating more frequently, always hungry, very tired, sore lower back, and a little nauseous. What are my chances of being pregnant? And how soon can I take a test?

You could although everyone is different and things can take a bit longer to fall pregnant. It could just be your normal hormones going back to normal.
If you haven't had your period yet or it's not due yet or if it is due and hasn't come. They say the best time is the first day of your missed period but you can take one anytime as long as you do it in the morning. If it comes out negative check back with a doctor and tell them what is going on (how you are feeling) -- I suggest seeing a doctor anyway. Good luck I hope you can find out if you are or are not. xo

I see it has been a year since you posted this, I am curious about your results. Were you pregnant or was it simply the Mirena removal messing with your hormones. I am going through this very same thing. I did take two pregnancy tests and they were both negative, however i am late on my cycle.
