I am going through this right now. I was pretty much told to wait it out, see if it resolves itself, and if not follow-up again in a couple of months. They did an hour's worth of ultrasound imaging checking for fallopian tube prolapse, but came back telling me they didn't see anything that was worrisome. I'm sorry, but spotting six months after a hysterectomy is worrisome! I'm going to a different doctor tomorrow, and I'm just nervous because I had massive post-op infection on top of all the problems I had leading to having a hysterectomy in the first place. Did you have any resolution to your problems?

I had my PH in November 2015 and everything seems to be going well until this week. I'm spotting, lower back pain and Pms. Not sure, if I should make an appointment with my doctor.

I've been operated total hysterectomy last Sept. That pain and feeling not so good will last about 1 or two months, after that it will gone.. Try to eat healthy foods.

Hello, it sounds like you are having the exact same symptoms I am. I am almost 4 months post op partial hysterectomy to remove my uterus, tubes, and right ovary due to endometriosis. I noticed this pain last month. It lasted about two days and then was gone. I'm currently experiencing it again but with some light spotting. I was just wondering if you have any more information about your condition since you posted this? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

I have experienced the same thing with light cramping and spotting every few months...I had my partial 4 months ago...I've never heard of it happening because of my cervix having uterine cells but it makes complete sense. I can tell when I ovulate because my nipples get so tender, like they did when I had my normal period and have a light period after sex...

I am going thru the exact same thing at this time. I am 7 months post hysterectomy with removal of uterus leaving 1 ovary and my cervix. I have those severe type cramp pains you are describing and have had them since even before my hysterectomy and no answers as to why. I had an abdominal hysterectomy and was cut vertically and cleaned out "like a pumpkin". I'm still bleeding , fatigued, and have those pains too. the dr that performed my surgery works for the hospital that I work for. idk what to do. any suggestions?
