I am pretty scared right now.  I'm in my early 20s and I've only had sex twice in my life, all over the past month, same guy.  I had sex the day after my period ended. He used a condom.  12 days later I started spotting and had cramps.  The bleeding is a little bit heavier, it looks more like a period but not as heavy as I usually get it - but the cramps are similar to a period.  My period isn't due for another 2 weeks.  I also notice it stings a little bit when I wipe and the blood is light at the bottom as if there's a cut or something at the bottom of my vaginal opening.

I have an irregular cycle as I've been on/off the pill (for endometriosis) and recently went off it to try and be "regular" again. My average cycle over the past 2 months is 36 days.

I don't know what's going on but I'm scared, this isn't something I can talk to people close to me.  Does anyone know if this is normal? Could I be pregnant? Is there anyway to know now, or do I have to wait another 2 weeks for a missed period?
