My tummy is always bloated and sticking out, especially the part under my bust and above my waist. I look six months pregnant always. I have been careful with my diet for the past few years, cutting out most dairy products and not eating bread. I also have limited red meat intake, eating mostly chicken, turkey, fish or quorn products. Lots of veg, salad and fruit. I drink approx 2.5 litres of water per day. Black de-caff coffee and about 1 cup of tea.
