Im 15, not terribly healthy, and I don't do much exercise..
Sometimes when I wipe my ass after having a number 2, I see a tiny graze of blood on the tissue.. It's not in the poo or in the toilet itself, just on the tissue, having been grazed or something like that (wiping to hard or to much), but I was wondering, would a better fiber diet (I dont eat enough fiber), help prevent grazing? Cause I dont even wipe that much or hard at all, but for some reason it still grazes easily.

Hi Ollie,
I would suggest that you try to have a look down there to see if you have a bump/lump. First, when showering, put your hand around your anus and see if there's anything lumpy. Try to do this just after you went to the toilet. After that, I think you should try to look: lay down on one side, open your legs wide and put a small hand mirror between your legs. Try to see if there is anything lumpy as well. Your anus should be totally lump and graze free. If not, you should go see a doctor, because you might have a hemorrhoid or some other disease, like a fissure.
I have to say that a healthy diet and exercise will help you LOADS - not only in this case, but for life. If there is one thing I can relate to you is that I was a very lazy 15 year old! :-D
I just turned 29. I used to do LOADS of exercise when I was a child because my parents would sign me up for everything. I did ballet, swimming, tap dancing, handball... And when I was 14 I had everything cut off and became a lazy couch potato. It was HEAVEN!!! But then, over the years, I paid for this lazyness. I have loads of cellulite in my legs, I don't have the nice body I would if I kept exercising and I had hemorrhoids. Not a nice prospect, huh? :-)
I still struggle to exercise. I'm not a gym fan but I do try to walk a lot (living in Spain has helped me, since here people aren't very dependant on cars) and I recently discovered Power Plate, which is a great workout that enhances circulation and it helped LOADS with my menstrual cramps and also the bleeding of the hemorrhoid.
And I do try to eat healthily. I would say my normal day would start with some non-fat plain yoghurt sweetened with some honey, mixed with some berries/banana/peach/plum/dried fruit and wholemeal cereal or some non-fat milk with some coffee (I even add a bit of toffee nut syrup from Starbucks!), some wholemeal bread with non-fat cheese spread or some light cheese and a fruit like an orange or mandarin or apple.
I carry snackbars, nuts and small yoghurts with me if I'm out of the house for long - I work from home, so that makes it easier to eat healthily. But do try to carry stuff you like and aren't difficult, so you can eat whenever you're hungry.
For lunch/dinner I usually have some pasta with loads of cooked veg on a tomato sauce or some grilled fish/chicken/meat/seafood with green salad and some more cooked veg and some rice/potatoes.
I do have my indulgences - and so should have you!!! Don't stop eating chocolate/sweets if you LOVE them. Just don't go through the whole box. Try to eat them away from the telly/computer - this way you won't trick yourself into eating more. And do have some pizza/burguer over the weekend. Just try to make them at home and they'll surely be lighter. If the ones you did at home don't work to make that nice craving for junk food go away, give it a couple of days and go for it.
And go see a doctor if this continues to happen!!! Blood coming out of you isn't normal and this should be checked no matter what. Also, try to change your lifestyle habits, bit by bit - and don't penalise yourself if you can't change all in one day. It takes time and patience. Trust me on this one: I'm 29 and still trying to change! You'll see that your life will become easier. :-)
Hope this helps!
