Hello! I've always been very skinny and my stomach is flat when i wake up, but I continue to get bloated as the day goes on. I'm a very healthy eater and I do a lot of power walking/hiking. I've been doing Pilates 3x a week for the past couple of weeks and i can definitely see the results when I wake up, but as the day goes on the bloating kicks in and I'm back to square one. I've been pretty bad about my gluten-free diet lately, and I know that that's one thing that makes me bloat. Anyone have any other tips? I've been working my entire body and core (back included).
