I have a Yeast Infection...no bones about it...and had rough sex with my husband this past weekend which we don't normally do. Two days later I develop a yeast...and was tested for yeast which was positive (no BV). I began using a 3 day cream vaginally 3 days ago. I have been having the thick curd like discharge coming out which is now mixed with the cream of the medicine...but it is blood tinged. I am 34-years-old, and am no newcomer to vaginal infections unfortunately...but I have never seen anything like this. It is bright red blood speckled throughout the discharge, and has been going on for over 3 days. What could be causing this? I do not have bacterial vaginosis or BV... I know...so could it be a fissure? Has anyone else ever had this before? I can't find anything on the internet in regards to this and I am very concerned.:-( I also failed to mention I was getting off my period when my husband and I had sex, but this blood is bright red and not dark and brown like the end of my period.

A BAD yeast infection - which you have can DEFINITELY cause bleeding! It is a TOTAL attack on the lining of your vagina! And since you had "rough sex" it will be embedded into the lining of your vagina! 3 day treatments are for low yeast infecitons you have a MAJOR one!

So first of all get a 7 day pack - with the inserts and the cream! And start ingesting Probiotic Yogurt and Acidopholus! Wash your genitals with a non soap, non scented cleanser - such as Physoderm, Spectrogel, or Teraseptic! Do NOT Douche! Shower do NOT bathe And NO SEX! So give it another 7 days! Also this is a yucky but definitely doable treatment! Soak a teenager tampon in Probiotic yogurt - someone I know actually used Tzaziki!!!!!! And inster the tampon into the vagina! If you think about it, its not too different than an insert - just a heck of lot messier! BUT I know women that SWEAR by this! And the coolness on the opening of your vagina is VERY Helpful! And Garlic is an EXCELLENT antibacterial agent! So you could give it a try!!! Just don't go out, because it will be hard to explain the smell of Garlic!!!! o.O :$ XD ;-) Good luck and health!
