I am 69 yrs old. Male Cau.. I get these red spots on my hands and elbow when I use my hands for handy work.They look like blood vesels trying to surface. If I happen to hit it against anything hard it will bleed. I take four medications every morning. They are aspirin 80mg, actos tabs 30mg, flomax caps .4 mg and prevacid 30 mg.
