If it doesn't come out, as in by now, you need to go to the ER. It's metal, it will rust/corrode. It can cause a SEVERE infection of your urethra/prostate/etc. In effects, your entire reproductive system.
It can also cause problems with the kidneys, bladder, etc.
You have no choice in the matter. Tell your folks and go to the hospital NOW.
