i have noticed a boil on the base of my penis, near the testicles, which is quite saw and very swallow. At first there was a hair folicol coming out of it, but i plucked that out. i've tried sqeeuzing it, but al;though the head on it appears yellow, it hasn't burst. Any advice on this matter? i'm quite worried about it.
