 I am a rice eater but Im still skinny, I have all the vitamins but still not gaining weight. I am 29 yrs. old but only 37Kilos. How can I solve this very bad problem? please help me.


Firstly calculate your BMI, this a rough estimate of how healthy your weight is relative to your height, online and judge how badly underweight you are.

For gaining weight a high protein and processed carbohydrate diet is a good place to start. Bread and red meat basically. I wouldn't recommend eating fast food or deep fried food regularly, they may be high in calories and you will gain weight, however the negative is that they can heighten cholesterol and blood pressure putting you at risk of other health problems. And secondly, double your meal size or eat more often.
