Two months ago a foot specialist said I had a neuroma and shot the top of my rt. foot with cortizone. It got better. Another month later, and after a wearing a somewhat different shoe the day before ("Soft Spots"), I woke up with another painful rt. foot. The ball of my foot feels like it has a pin stuck in it. It is a buring pain but is to the right of the last area. (Last problem was between my second and third toes, about an inch up.)

I did wear alot of bad shoes before all this, but I wear good flat, large enough sport shoes now. It hurts the most when I tippie toe. The pain is just at the base of the 4th and 5th toes. After I walked around and took Excedrin, the pain is minimal.

Do I need more cortizone in it?
