I am 49 years old and my breasts have been really sore for almost a year now, but more particularly, the pain radiates from my right breast right across to my back and up my shoulder to my right shoulder area. I also feel sore under my right armpit and feel like thickening of tissues where I shave in the upper area of my armpit. The whole right side is always sore, like I have something wrong, all the way up to the tip of my right shoulder.

I have thickening tissues in the area of my thyroid as well. Two ultrasounds showed that I have two or three cysts on my thyroid. I have gained about 10 pounds (5'5'' and keeping at 140 lbs but feel really bloated all the time).

I have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease many years ago ( 1994) but have been symptom free for over five years now and have had a clean colonoscopy last Spring 2008, and have not taken medication (Pentasa) for at least two years now.

I have been taking Celexa however for the last 7 years (when my dad, then brother-in-law, then close family friend and then uncle passed away). It was first to treat depression but now i take 10mg a day to control pre-menopause.

I have also a drinking problem (which I am not too proud of mentioning online); meaning 5 to 6 beers a night after work but have gone online to check for liver and gall bladder symptoms but they do not match.

It is not my mattress either; it is new from this past summer.

It is not muscular as I have always been quite fit, except for the last two years. I have had acoustic neuroma two years ago. Benign tumor removed, and aside from being deaf and having recurring pain in the area, I am well recovered.

Any help would be appreciated.
