Hey im 16,
Since a few days ago ive had times where i feel breathless and struggle to breath. I'm not gasping for air but I think about breathing more often than normally. Ive been having exams so maybe its just a stress problem but any advice would be helpful

If it's the thinking about breathing and being scared that you will stay out of breath, that it definitely does sound like an stress triggered anxiety. Anxiety is what makes you worry over normal body functions that you didn't even notice before. Since this started happening because of the stress, it will go away once you relax, but you can try working on some relaxation techniques like th slow, deep breathing and focusing.
