Hey,
I have terribly poor upper arm, so I was wondering if there are any exercise (and I am sure there are and I am ready to work out) that would be good for arm building exercises.

There are some exercises. They are divided in exercises for biceps and triceps, but there are so many sites that explain all sorts of exercise.
My suggestion is that you invest in an elastic band and use some imagination (do in front of chest, above head etc… use imagination), also weight are very useful (no need to be heavier than 10 lb) the key is to do very slow and repetitive exercises…also use imagination and “listen” to your muscles.
