I have a bigish lump/boil that is on the left side of sikn outside my rectum.
When I go to the toliet (number 2) I need to push around it to make sure I can wipe away any xxx using the toliet tissue.
I first noticed it aprrox 3/4 days ago and today it burst.
There is lots of blood leaking from it but what concerned me most is the very dark red / blackish sticky material.
I have never seen anything like that before.
it was not sore until it burst, now i have a small constant pain from it.
Anyone experienced anything simlar ?

I have had a large marble size bump that I thought was a blood vessel and was trying to let it heal but today it was very painful and when I looked it had opened up and pus was draining. I am so sorry to be graphic but I'm in pain and scared. Has anyone had this happen?!?

My doc told me it's an anal fissure. Common from pushing too hard when defecating. I had one burst a few months back, and there was blood all over inside the toilet. Scared the c**p outta me (no pun intended). Bled for a few days then stopped. They ARE reoccurring but nothing to freak out about.

Hi, this is rather embarrassing but I had anal sex and we ran out of lube and a couple hours later I got this sort of pea sized lump on my anus. I think it's a hemorrhoid, Im only 20, so even though we used protection I'm petrified as hell if this is some sort of STI but from what I've read they can't appear so quickly. It's been 1 week now and the lady at my pharmacy suggested an ointment to try for several days. It has gotten a bit bigger and is painful to sit on or sneeze or cough. Do I try this ointment out for another week or go see a doctor straight away?
